Guardian Ad Litem
We are certified by the Surrogates' Courts to serve as Guardians Ad Litem (GAL) for those who cannot speak for themselves, including children, people with developmental or cognitive impairments, and heirs whose whereabouts are unknown. We are appointed by the Court on probate, administration, and accounting proceedings and are qualified in New York (Manhattan), Kings (Brooklyn), and Bronx Counties.
